Who we work with
Software and software-enabled companies between 20 and 200 people, in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Usually one of these is true:
- Your engineers are on the product, and this will never get prioritized.
- You built something with AI and it fell over in production.
- A process is costing you real money every month and everyone knows the number.
- Someone built a system, left, and now nobody owns it.
Who we're not for: budgets under $5,000, brochure websites, and “build me an AI” with no problem attached. We'll tell you that on the first call rather than the fourth.

Around 80% of the agency sites in our own competitor scan hid pricing behind a discovery call. Ours is on the pricing page. It qualifies you, it qualifies us, and nobody wastes a meeting.
A named senior engineer owns your build — and you know who before you sign
Not a team, not an account manager. A specific person, named in the proposal, on the kickoff call, and accountable through delivery. Most firms won’t commit to this because it constrains how they staff. That constraint is the product.
Production-grade is the default, not a change order
Evaluations, guardrails, error handling, monitoring and documented handover are in scope from the start. When the model is wrong — and it will be — the system catches it before your customer does.

- What does this cost?
- Sprints are $5,000. Custom builds start at $10,000. Agent proofs of concept start at $35,000.
- Who owns the code and the IP?
- You do, on final payment. It’s in the contract, not a conversation.
- What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
- It will. That’s why evaluations, guardrails and human review are in scope by default rather than sold as an upgrade.
- How long does a build take?
- Sprints, 2–4 weeks. Builds, 6–16 weeks. We give you a date and tell you early if it moves.
- What if it breaks after you’ve gone?
- Every build ships monitored and documented. Care plans start at $150/month, and we notify you before you notice.
- Where are you based and who owns my data?
- Both answered plainly on the Trust page, including what isn’t true yet.
