Production automations on n8n and Make that survive real API changes. Sprints from $5,000.

We build production-grade AI agents, automations and applications for companies that can't afford them to fail — accelerated by AI, owned by senior engineers who put their name on the outcome.

Eighty-four percent of developers now use AI tools. Three percent highly trust the output. Source: Stack Overflow Developer Survey 2025
That gap is not skepticism. It is experience.
An AI feature gets built in a hack week. It's genuinely impressive. Then it meets the malformed record, the API that rate-limits harder than its documentation admits, the edge case that only appears at month-end. It doesn't fail loudly. It fails quietly, and somebody finds out three weeks later.
Meanwhile the cost of generating software has collapsed. Generating an application is nearly free. Generating one you can run a business on has not become any easier.
That gap is the work.

Software and software-enabled companies between 20 and 200 people, in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Usually one of these is true:
Who we're not for: budgets under $5,000, brochure websites, and “build me an AI” with no problem attached. We'll tell you that on the first call rather than the fourth.

Around 80% of the agency sites in our own competitor scan hid pricing behind a discovery call. Ours is on the pricing page. It qualifies you, it qualifies us, and nobody wastes a meeting.
Not a team, not an account manager. A specific person, named in the proposal, on the kickoff call, and accountable through delivery. Most firms won’t commit to this because it constrains how they staff. That constraint is the product.
Evaluations, guardrails, error handling, monitoring and documented handover are in scope from the start. When the model is wrong — and it will be — the system catches it before your customer does.

Our own CRM pipeline: definitions before sync, dedup before write, reconciliation after every run, and a dead-letter path for anything that fails anyway.
A concept build that makes the eval-first method inspectable: six static checks on an n8n export, a quality bar declared before results exist, regression diffs between versions, capped and labelled AI analysis — and a human gate on what enters the graded suite.
Our own lead pipeline, self-hosted on n8n: malformed rows refused with a reason, retries made safe by idempotent capture, failures escalated to a human — and no number published before the measurement log holds it.

Ahsan Saleem
Founder & Principal Engineer
This business runs on systems its founder built himself. Its own CRM pipeline — four workflows, 64 nodes — went through three independent audits in nine days, and those audits caught six classes of defect before any of them touched a live record.
I take the first call on every engagement.

The AI Readiness Audit: twelve questions, one email field, and a scored report on where automation would actually pay in your business — including where it wouldn’t. Free, and the worked example is published before the form.
