Document status — written from positions already published on this site (pricing, sprint scope, refunds, trust). The engagement stack (master services agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement) is being drafted with counsel. Governing law is settled: Pakistan.
Who we are
Orbav is a trading name of Ahsan Saleem, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Nothing on this site claims an incorporation status that does not exist, and these terms don't either.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. An engagement — a sprint, a build, a care plan — is governed by the proposal and contract documents signed for it. Where those documents are silent, the commitments published on this site stand: the pricing page's numbers, the sprint page's scope, and the refund page's promises. We don't publish terms we won't honour, so "the website said so" is always a workable position for you.
Using this website
- Content is general information, not professional advice for your specific system. Acting on it is your decision; scoped advice is what engagements are for.
- We aim for accurate, evidenced content and label the reliability of our own claims — but the site is provided as is, without warranty, and availability is not guaranteed.
- Don’t misuse the site: no unlawful use, no abusive automated use of the forms, no misrepresenting who you are when you write to us.
Intellectual property
The site — text, figures, case studies, code samples — is © Ahsan Saleem. Read it, link to it, quote it briefly with attribution. Don't republish it as your own.
Work we build for you is different by design: all engagement work product assigns to you on final payment. That commitment is published on the Trust page and will sit in the MSA, not in a conversation.
Automation Sprint — terms of sale
The Sprint is fixed scope and fixed price ($5,000, one workflow, 2–4 weeks), as described on the sprint page. There is no card checkout: you request it, we send an invoice — payable in USD, GBP or EUR, payment details on the invoice — and work starts against it. Refunds follow the Refund Policy exactly, which is incorporated into these terms by reference — in short: a full refund any time before the build phase starts if the scope isn't right.
Liability
For use of this website: to the maximum extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. For engagements: liability terms, including the cap at fees paid, sit in the engagement documents — they are contractual commitments, not small print we spring later.
Third-party services
When the booking calendar is enabled, it is operated by the booking vendor under that vendor's terms and privacy policy — we name the vendor on this page when it goes live. Links off this site lead to services we don't control; their terms are theirs.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan — the trading entity's home (founder ruling, 2026-08-10) — and the courts of Lahore, Punjab have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. For engagements, our published position stands: we contract under your jurisdiction where the engagement warrants it — that stays a deliberate feature of how we sell, not an accident of drafting.
Changes and contact
The date at the top is the version; changes are posted on this page. Questions about these terms: the contact page, one business day.
